1

Create your free account

Head to the sign-up page. You have two options:

  • Sign in with Google — fastest option, one click
  • Email & password — if you prefer a separate account

Both options give you the same features. Google sign-in is recommended because it also makes connecting your Drive easier later.

2

Explore your dashboard

After signing in, you land on your Dashboard. This is your home base. Here's what you see:

  • Welcome card with your avatar and role badge
  • Quota status showing daily downloads remaining
  • Quick stats — your files, shares, and recent activity
  • Quick actions to jump into sharing or managing drives
3

Share your first file

Click Share in the navbar or go to /share.

In the URL field, paste any Google Drive file link. It can look like:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1a2B3c.../view

Click Generate Share Link. Within seconds, you'll get:

  • An encrypted share URL (hides your file ID)
  • A QR code for mobile sharing
  • A short URL you can post on social media

Copy and share the link wherever you want. That's it!

4

Track your shares

Every file you share is tracked. Visit My Files to see:

  • Total downloads for each file
  • Last download timestamp
  • Active share links

Need to revoke a link? Click the delete icon next to any share token. The file stays safe in your Drive — only the link dies.

5

Understand your quota

Free accounts get 50 downloads per day. This applies to files you share — not files you download.

The quota resets at midnight UTC. If you need more, check the Pricing page:

  • Pro: 500/day for $9/month
  • Contributor: Unlimited for $19/month

You're done!
