1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GDShine, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
2Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it. You must provide accurate information during registration. You agree not to share your credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.
3Acceptable Use
You may not use GDShine to share or distribute copyrighted content without authorization, malware or harmful software, illegal content, personal or sensitive data without consent, or content that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
4Download Quotas & Limits
Download quotas are set based on your account role (Free, Pro, Contributor, Admin). Quotas reset daily at midnight UTC. Attempting to circumvent quota limits through multiple accounts or other means is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
5File Sharing
By sharing files through GDShine, you represent that you have the legal right to share such content. Share links may be deactivated if the content is found to violate these terms or applicable law. Temporary file copies made during the download process are automatically deleted after the configured retention period.
6API Usage
API access is subject to rate limits as specified in the API documentation. API keys must be kept confidential and not shared publicly. Abuse of the API, including excessive requests or automated scraping, may result in key revocation.
7DMCA & Copyright
We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on GDShine infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice through our DMCA page. We will respond to valid notices within 14 business days.
8Limitation of Liability
GDShine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, interruption of service, or damages arising from use of the platform. We do not guarantee the availability or integrity of files shared through the service.
9Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard. Upon termination, your data and files will be permanently removed.
